      Since digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the            purchase is completed.

   Online Courses & Workshops

    Eligibility for Refund:

•   Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

•   You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.

•   Refund requests must be submitted via email to shabnamsaini2060@gmail.com with proof of purchase.

        Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

   Coaching or Consultation Services

•    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

•    Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

•   If we cancel or reschedule, you may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule the session.
